Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - December 1, 2016) - The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver of all Synodon Inc.'s current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted on November 30, 2016.

The Receiver intends to realize on Synodon Inc.'s property and as such will implement a court-approved sales process in the near future.

In addition, on November 30, 2016 the following people have resigned their posts:
