TEAM Nation Establishes TEAM Title, Inc. to Expand Into Direct Title and Settlement Services
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., March 15, 2010 - TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM") (OTCBB:TEMN) is pleased to announce the establishment of TEAM Title, Inc., a Delaware corporation. TEAM Title, Inc., will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of TEAM and will obtain licenses to conduct direct title insurance and settlement services in up to 35 states in 2010. It is anticipated that TEAM Title, Inc., will obtain its first agency license, in the state of Pennsylvania, by April 30, 2010.
