TEAM President receives Pennsylvania Title Agent license; paves way for TEAM Title licensure
Newport Beach, CA March 30, 2010: TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation (“TEAM”) (OTCBB:TEMN) is pleased to announce that on March 25, 2010, TEAM’s President, Janis Okerlund, Esq., received a Resident Title Agent license allowing her to perform title insurance transactions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a prerequisite to the licensure of TEAM’s direct title agency operation, Team Title, Inc.Ms. Okerlund will serve as TEAM Title’s registered licensee upon approval of the agency’s application, which will be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance this week.TEAM Title will transact business in Pennsylvania as TEAM Settlement Solutions upon its licensure.
