Article out TODAY about town of Leadville , extremely concerned about billions of gallons of contaminated water from abandoned mine shafts could come out and contaminate town. Town on red alert.

Guess who is trying to re-start their huge moly mine (mining stopped in 1995 due to low Moly prices) , from under the mountain, in (near) Leadville.

Climax. "THE" Climax Mine.

Big is beautiful, but LOCATION is equal to or even more important. It is what makes CHU, in my opinion, such an amazing property. It's got SIZE and LOCATION.
