TTM RESOURCES GRADUATES TO TIER 1

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved TTM Resources Inc.'s application for Tier 1 status, effective at the open of trading on Monday, May 26, 2008.

"We are pleased that the exchange has recognized the company's performance in pursuing its corporate and financial objectives," stated W.K. Crichy Clarke, president and chief executive officer. "The results of our drilling and exploration program at our Chu property have continued to meet or exceed expectations."
