I posted this somewhere too... but your post makes this point more clear.

The three cases... low, base and high are calculated using minimum criteria or baseline if you will. If any of the things you mention are realized then the baseline is raised... and all boats rise in the tide so each case: low, base and high will go up.

A lot of potential here... which may take the street some time to realize especially in current market conditions.

So... do you wait for volume to pick up and the general markets to get better before staking your claim and risk missing a major event - like jv or takeover. OR, do you look at these prices as bargain hunting. You've got to believe (at least I do) that someone out there would be interested in becoming the next TCM.... only bigger by the looks of it!

I for one looked at the price between $1.10 and $1.20 as bargain hunting and starting buying my stake at those levels. Adding more when I can here to... but I'm mostly "all in" so I have minimal dry powder left.
