Fully diluted shares down 9 million

FYI: The fully diluted o/s shares is down from approx 62 million to 53 million. I've updated the quick facts on this site to reflect that.

That is almost 15% reduction from share buyback program, insiders and warrant expiry. It would be interesting to know what the average price of the buyback was.

Activity should start to pick up again in the coming months. Drilling to start in mid-late June. With Moly spot price increasing, this should also start to draw more interest back to the Moly sector and TTM. TCM is up 300% from lows earlier this year... ML up 400%... TTM %200.

It will be interesting to see if the sell in May and go away adage applies this year. If it does, it will present another great buying opportunity.
