Unless things have changed dramatically... and that certainly is possible. TCM is not in the picture. There have been a few different possible suitors over the past year... One of them may come to the forefront this year or maybe the Chinese. The only thing I know for sure is that Moly on the CHU hasn't left the station so there is still time to get a seat!
