Tagish really worth 0.10 ?

My thoughts on Tagish Lake thus far based on it's trading history etc;

A bidding war is just wishful thinking. Macquarie is not acting on its security appears to support that but what banks do seldom is in sinc with public opinion.

We have read that Privco has terminated its 'amalgamation agreement' doesn't mean they are not scheming on another angle or that other parties may have intentions. The only reality is that TLG is" another day older and deeper in debt".

TLG value? Who knows. If one believes the asset value of the resource plus the regulatory advances, etc the estimated value at $.10 per share but that is very subjective due to the lack of transparency from management.

If it goes to a forced sale, all this info will come out in court. Unless some party makes a court-approved deal with the creditors and shareholders that keeps proprietary info private.

I'm sure that the last thing management wants is a public audit of the books.
