'It is not easy to find for newbies.'

This stock pop up  somewhere in my reads. The interest and  further dd  indicated it as to be something to watched?

Management , institutional buy-in, and the associated possibility of rhenium being in the mix seemed appealing.

Now, all I need is better ways of tracking this one?
