Though I'd like to see TRX take Mt. Milligan to production, I doubt that they can do this on their own. Raising money (near 1 bil) will be a monumental task for Terrane and they will need all of Goldcorp support on it w/o diluting shareholders, taking on debt and etc. When the crisis of 2008/09 occured that made it much more harder for TRX to do this on their own.

a 50/50 JV is possible scenario w/o diluting shareholders but even this Terrane would need to come up with 400+million for their share of the mine build.

A takeout of TRX is one of possible scenarios, I think some of us who have held the shares would like to see or not complain about if this materializes.
