Appoints Victor Goncalves to the Board of Directors

Threegold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:THG) is pleased to announce it has retained the services of Western Global Capital and Mr. Arlen Hansen to advise the company in respect to financing, joint ventures, property acquisitions and general corporate development.


Western Global Capital is a private consulting firm based out of Vancouver that provides corporate development, M&A and financial services to clients specializing in the resource sector. Mr. Arlen Hansen is President of Kin Communications, an investor relations firm specializing in resource companies. KIN's clients have raised over $500M and have a combined market capitalization in excess of $1.5B.


Victor Goncalves, President of Threegold states, "We believe in surrounding ourselves with the best possible geologists, project generators and financiers. This addition significantly strengthens the position of Threegold in all facets."


In addition, Mr. Victor Goncalves has been appointed to the board of directors replacing Mr. John Ryder. Mr. Daniel Duval has also stepped down as VP of corporate development and the board of directors. The company has also granted 2.6 million stock options to these advisors, consultants and management at the price of 31 cents for 5 years.
