SP lagging

With production on the way and finances all in place, the stoock price is slowly being lowered with sell offs, could someone please tell me why. We are at my entry point at the .69 price level and might have to pick some more up if it drops any lower. I am just wondering why the low SP. This company has a good managment team and are on the way to pouring gold within 2-3 months. Fundamentaly this company has numerous good things going for it. Would someone please share their thuoghts.
