Natsoc,

The "95% of the time" figure comes from an email by Dave Webb that I paraphrased and posted here this afternoon.

If you were invested in Tyhee over the last three years, then you should know very well about the delays Tyhee had in delivering its Preliminary Assessment (PA) in the Fall of 2008 and those of last summer's financing.

If you weren't around, or have forgotten, then please go back to Tyhee's news releases from 2007 to the Fall of 2008. Please read the relevant posts from this forum from last summer regarding the delays in financing. And read those on Stockhouse.com's Tyhee forum from 2007 and 2008. There, you should be able to find lots of information on those delays that dragged on prior to the PA.
