The only announcement that will ever count regarding a financing is one that is issued by Tyhee and another party jointly. This announcement seems to be issued by Ming Fung, has no specifics, and was not issued by Tyhee. The only thing we might usefully interpret from this is that Dave Webb continues to have parties interested in participating in the future growth of Tyhee, and may be interested in providing financing. If a specific definitive financing is agreed with anyone, Tyhee will announce it.
