The only safety we have is in the "conflict of interest" that BOD of a public company would have in attempting a takeover. Of course with today's ethics and morals anything is possible.

Just finished watching the Senate hearings on MF Global. It always amazes me that the right questions never seem to arise. They get so close! One scenario that makes sense and it is perfectly legal. The client's accounts were shifted to the London branch and used as collateral which was likely taken by JP Morgan when liquidity dried up. Corzine had no idea about re-hypothecation??? Great entertainment for a slow evening.

There are others building a position in TDC as well as Interinvest. The buying has been spread amongst a few brokerages. I would like to believe that the other half of the purchasers are strong hands willing to hold through building a mine (even if we get watered down with further PPs). Still holding to the $0.09 to 0.12 range until the FS or thereafter. The odd $0.085 is short lived.
