drnois, I have expected one billion shares to be issued as well as conventional debt ($100-130 million) to take us into development. A conservative share price would be $0.50-0.60 not long after production begins. I expect much higher though. A take over prior to development would at first glance appear to not give us a great premium although I would like to think that Tyhee is in a class all by itself as there are not that many projects as advanced as ours in a safe jurisdiction. Thus, a take over offer may be much higher than we think. Even multiples of the present SP, gets Gold for under $60/oz in the ground. What a bargain! In 2012 the majors will by flush with cash and in need of replacing reserves. Unfortunately, we are stuck around $0.09 now for awhile. Just speculating. Woody
