You might check out Hubert's blog as he documented a couple more errors that were made in this "eviction" process. I haven't commented on them because he deserves the credit for ferreting them out.

I only hope the new management handles the company better than they have handled the news release and the investor relations response.

We are in serious trouble if this is the limit of their skill set.
