Baires, Thanks for asking about where I got the idea that new equpment is headed up the ice road soon.

It comes from the 2 December analysis you pointed us to on Hubert's blog, where he dug into page 5 of an application renewal, adding additional equpment to a list:

In this application (page 5) titled: "Project Equipment List" Tyhee has added some equipments to the original list (November2005) like:
"1 Tandem axle dump truck used for hauling road material and waste rock.
1 40t rock truck to be moved to site during winter 2012 season.

1 excavator to be moved to site during winter 2012 season.

These equipments have been added to the list because Tyhee, can move them after getting the final permit for production and start working on the site immediately. IF the equipment had not be added Tyhee would have had to wait until winter 2013 before moving it to the site.

IT IS WORTH IT TO GO BACK AND READ HUBERT'S post from 2 December: "Thee...renewal of permit licence" near the boottom of the December archive, on the right.

I take it that when the ice road freezes i January/February, we are in the "Winter 2012 season"
