no, binder, this is not new.

DRW Consulting has been in play for many years, it is his consulting compnay in which he owns some of his TDC shares and has been paid by tyhee for work DRW C does for tyhee. That he is still a corporate director is a sign that he continues to have a relationship with Tyhee, which me must given his NSM royalties on the properties.

the real question is what will be his role when Tyhee finally goes into production and has incomes. He is an EXPERT at exploring for ground UNDERGROUND in the Yellowknife region, and if he is still a key insider at Tyhee when that day comes, it will be he who continues to expand the resource (underground).
