Baires, based on a previously asked question, I'm a little confused; if Tyhee is to buy Sutter, and Sutter shares are to become part of Tyhee, how is that diversification? Also, do you think a rising Sutter share price make it more difficult for Tyhee to purchase Sutter? It would be good to get an updated sense as to where things stand on that. Thanks.
