Binding bids are thankfully being held up by a complicated heretofore legal process of creating a standardized "boilerplate" agreement document for all those who are about to submit bids. And, this is a good thing, as there are a few who can use this push back of this week's "deadline" into next week so they can ready their final offers in the week ahead. (Best not to push these folks who had already been requesting extra time).....Meanwhile, there are lively intense dialogues underway 24/7, weekends too, between Tyhee, Red Cloud, the interested entities, and probably lawyers too. All-in-all, things look quite positive. Go Tyhee!
