Message: Class Action suit

Phidias, I was not referring to Baires as a 'lead person' as you state in your July 26th blog. In a class action suit a lead person must be designated in the lawsuit to make decisions for the group after consensus.  I was not referring to Baires or any other individual as leading anyone to think like he did, and speaking of Baires, you are mistaken about his ardor. He may have misread management's intentions but I don't believe for a minute he purposefully misled people.

In hindsight, if you or others did not participate regularly in discussions, I suppose you could have seen him and others as cheerleaders for the company, or a claque for Tyhee. I didn't see it that way.

Baires had a lot to loose, a lot, and so did I and others who wittingly or unwittingly invested thousands in this speculative stock much to their chagrin.

For me, my greed got the best of me. I had a hunch I should sell and get out in 2009/2010 but I did. I don't have anybody else to blame but moi.
