We need to get some conversation on this site so that while we are here checking some others we can remain up to date on TYS.

At this writing we are awaiting a management response to the ML takeover offer of approx. $1.00 per share.

I suspect that was just the opening Salvo and that there could be other bidders to raise the actual price.

Have long felt that TYS would eventually sell out and have recently expressed in other forums that should someone come forward with $1.50 per share I would take my modest profit and get on with life.

Onward and Upward.
