Typhoon Exploration Inc. ("Typhoon") (TSX VENTURE: TOO) announces a fourth series of result of 19 drill holes completed during winter 2008 on the Fayolle property owned 100% by Typhon. The new results related to the FA-08-11 and 12 holes

The FA-08-11 and FA-08-12 drill holes were realized in the East sector to further investigate the new gold-bearing structure intersected by the FA-08-09 holes. The FA-08-11 crosses a gold-bearing intersection of 3,59 g/t AU on 4,6 meters in a felsic intermediate intrusion, altered with ankerite, fractured and strongly laced with fine ankerite, albite and hematite veins. This new gold-bearing structure is located at more than 450 meters (1,480 feet) east of the Fayolle deposit.

The firm continues its work on the Fayolle property focussing mainly on the east area to pursue the investigation of this new gold-bearing structure discovered by the FA-08-09 and FA-08-11 holes. Several drilling analysis are presently in progress and will be announced as soon as available.
