Which Geothermal to bet on?

Looks like geothermal is finally finding financial support. If we want to be ahead of the herd for the largest upside potential, it seems like an obvious space to jump in before prices run off. Just not sure which one to buy. http://ezymoneystock.blogspot.com/ mentions a few juniors of interest.
