Could be, IrvT, but not for a while. Did you see the video at OTC Journal? www.otcjournal.com and go to 'Covered Companies'. This chain is not that well spread out, more like kind of just starting to be noticed.

It remains priced in the mid-twenties (cents, that is), what OTC recommends as a buy. Again, if it wasn't for the recession, the right idea at the right time would produce even more gain. Still double its recent low and not likely to re=visit the under .20.
