I tend to agree with you. The OTC guy says franchising is dead in the US, at the moment. UFood is still very small, which means survival is not as likely as, say, Spicy Pickle.

Right now, at .07 (but only one transaction under .08), we've reached a new low.

Like you, I'm holding for similar reasons as yours.
