Good news that quickly before even 20 franchises? That would be amazing. UFFC is moving towards .25 before even 12 spots.

Hope you're right! Meanwhile, this over .20 is nice.

BTW, you might find that Hospital locations are excellent. Competition is minimal, especially compared to Airports, and many are there visiting or patients for more than a three hour wait...
