My Bad!

My source wasn't entirely accurate: It's actually a winter road up from Pelly Farm that's proposed -and if it's going across as many drainages as they mention, it will only be a winter road for a long time. But it will mean that exploration can take place a lot earlier this year -months before spring break up.

And the road hasn't officially been approver -it's at the public feedback stage. The company must just be mobilizing in anticipation of approval.
