I also feel it represents a bit of extra value because Kinross shares are undervalued right now, while Underworld Resources are fairly valued.

I'm sure Underworld could get more by the end of the season, if it delineates another 1.4 million ounces.

Part of me doesn't like it, but, unfortunately, I am already a Kinross shareholder, so I stand to gain. Kinross needs the diversification away from Russia. I'm also not surprised. Kinross has been sniffing around in the Yukon a lot in the last year. The only part that surprises me is that it was Underworld, and not Victoria, that Kinross made a bid on.

First time this has happened to me. I guess I'm no help for those planning to make their millions on this one!
