I did not like at all that the number of shares and/or the price per share information was not included.  Although the under $1.00 figure is not thrilling, especially since they have sold shares in the past for $1.50, it is a relief to know the size and price.  So we are at about 55 million shares not including the warrants for which, if exercised, the company will receive differing amounts of cash.  Still not a very large amount of shares and with no significant debt.  Under its current leadership this company is less than 2 years old.  As "early" investors we have had to withstand the rounds of additional stock issuance which is not pleasant.  However, the future looks bright, possibly blindingly so--I view this as a buying opportunity and hope this will be the last of the dillution and that further positive announcements will cause the share price to move significantly upward.
