company is fundamentally solid, good progress is being made, the 800 lb. gorilla, GIS, is attempting to muscle the smaller company who says they are not budging, still 2 weeks to go unless extended--however everything is taking longer to come together than we would like.  I believe it will, we are coming up on only 3 years under the current structure and they say they are projected to hit break even in the first quarter next year--getting to break even in less than 4 years I believe is being successful--patience is a virtue.
