 Hey Homer, 

I think you hit the nail on the head. I think GIS will sign within the next two weeks and then we also have a possibility of another partner in China. Unfortunately, the shorts will play whenever they have fodder for it.   Hopefully, if we hang in there a little while longer then we will be rewarded.
