hI ANYONE AND EVERYONE.Not sure is I will get a response to this post but here goes

anyway.

does anyone know when the $1.05 or so premium will get paid out to stockholders?

How about what the deadline for buying or holding shares is to get this premium.. Possible a buying oppurtinuty here?/

Any info appreciated..
