Yeah, I think the deal is OK. VG gets a bunch of shares cancelled and ends up with a bunch of cash (15 million) and will do a lot of drilling with it and hopefully find lots of gold and I think McKewen spending his money here and becoming CEO of the company augurs well for the future. And that oil property didn't look too bad even though it wasn't included in the calculations. Maybe something will come out of the blue there some day. Looking good. JMHO.
