Seems very likely discovery hole was drilled from within claims where HudBay has 70% buyback clause in exchange for 1.5 million dollars to VMS plus funding to bring property to production. However, the hole was angled such that it crossed mostly into 100% VMS claim with zero HudBay buyback.

Big fund in the form of GMP bought very recently bought into VMS, an excellent sign.
