I spoke with the company last week on this issue. I was told that the gov`t lands claim branch is still working on the matter. But as far as VMS is concerned right now that is looks like the boundry line will be pushed back onto HBM property; which will put most of the deposit, if not all of it on to VMS property. The deposit is also trending back onto VMS property. They are very optimistic that they are onto something very huge here. Joe
