I noticed Rare Element Resources is now over $5. VMS currently owns 150,000 shares with another 150,000 by mid 2011. With a $5 share price, that means over $1.5 million to VMS's value when we have our full 300,000 shares.

I bought into RES back at the same time as REM. Unfortunately, I got out of RES too early, but still made some good money.

It looks like the investment in Prophecy is also worth about $900,000.

VMS is a bit of a mutual fund for me now. Have got shares of HVG when VMS was spun off of REM, plus shares in RES, Prophecy, and North American Nickel, plus a nice balanced portfolio with copper, zine, gold, and silver.

Let's hope that the fall brings us some more institutional investors so that this company begins to reflect its true value.
