Joseph Horne the President & CEO has bought in the past 17 months close to 4.5 million shares on the open market. 2 weeks ago he bought close to 718,000 shares and this week it looks like he has been buying daily.

I have been following this stock now since April and the price has gone down to a low of .26, but does bounce back up.

There has been news releases on their drilling activity which has caused the price to move up, but I still question the behaviour of the pres to be buying so much on the open market. He now has accumulated close to 17% of all outstanding shares.

Why ?????????????????????????????????????????
