Anyone have progress update....

I have been watching VLO for about a few weeks now based on a lead from a good source. If I am correct, former Oilexco executives (recently failed company due to not being able to raise capital during the last credit crisis) are now in charge of VLO and close to receiving approval for advancement in the north sea.

Has anyone been in discussion with IR on the current status on progress in the north sea. Would appreciate any comments.
