Shame on you Ventana management !..Is this why we were told to reject the origional offer? To squeeze out an extra 40 cents !!!! AN EXTRA 3 PERCENT !!! The irony is that I was just watching Michael Moore s CAPITALISM A LOVE STORY last night....So to everyone at VENTANA, today,us shareholders have also come to a verbal agreement,..SHAME on every freakin one of you,for not doing your job and protecting the shareholders.You no longer can complain about whats wrong with the world today,because you are now part of the problem.
