Does anyone know what Victoria means when they say a "Rig is Collared".  This is in referece to Victoria's statement that they now have 3 rigs available for drilling at Victoria.

I am no geologist, buy it appears that they missed their target zone on #7 by 315 (9 degrees X 35 ft) and THEY WERE STILL ABLE TO REPORT HIGH GRADE RESULTS. It would apprear that the strike zone is substantial in size and the grades for the most part are above cut off rates per ton.

Any comments welcome.
