Most pennies depend on participation on the part of the general investing/trading population (eg. EVG). VIT may not be one of these. VIT may make its big move based on some change in its relationship with a major that will take us little guys by surprise. VIT is on the radar of Huge Golds; Kinross has the inside track but if Newmont or whomever decides to take a run at us we could have a bidding war that would profit us handsomely.

I wasn't criticizing the Chadmeister by the way; he's just doing his job. I'm just suggesting that IR is not what VIT is about.
