Special Warrant Offering

I expect an announcement next week that the Special Warrant Bought Deal was completed. I also expect Raymond James to exercise their option to increase the Special Warrant size by another $5 million dollars. If I am correct, VIT will eventually end up with approximately $15 million in additional cash + existing cash of approximately $8 million. Once this Special Warrant offering is a done deal, then I would expect this stock to move up well beyond its present level near C$.70.
