It seems they are saying that they are confident that the feasibility study and financing for Minago is all but done or will be by year end and that is their priority. Why not advance Lynn Lake too and make a little money. A big part of the acquisition of Independent Nickel was mainly to get the royalty for Minago as that is their shining star. I like that move.
