I don't think another spinoff is likely, they have the money to continue til production. As for the permit, I do think it's coming soon, Mexico unlike other foreign companies sees the opportunity in issuing permits, however, Mexico does move a little slow at times, purhaps understaffed in the Permit Department, but it will come soon IMO. I've noticed that VGZ and UXG trade hand in hand and I have positions in both, buy in levels IMO for VGZ would be safe at 1.60 and UXG at 1.80 at this point, don't see them dropping any further than that.
