WSR/MTX JV on or off ?

The NR a while ago said the JV should be ratified by 7 January. That's long past, so I am going to assume NO NEWS is BAD NEWS. The really unique aspect of the JV was the turnkey operation which incl 2 drills, full drill camp, instant holes going into the ground, ....something that few other juniors have been able achieve in the McF Lake area. Now they may be doing more airborne/ground geophysics etc but some word from WSR would help their SP. I think its bad news wrt finalizing this early JV move. Other JVs with NOT and BMK may have superseded this one too.
