(TSX VENTURE:WHD) (the "Company") would like to announce that, effective April 21, 2009, the cease trade order issued to the Company by the British Columbia Securities Commission for failure to file its interim financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the financial period ended January 31, 2009 has been revoked.
As announced on April 16, 2009, trading in the Company's common shares remain halted by the TSX Venture Exchange pending the clarification of certain disclosure matters.
