Warwick Smith
CEO & Director
Mr. Warwick Smith has worked as a corporate development specialist for various public companies since 1999, bringing with him extensive media contacts and industry specific relationships. Mr. Smith founded and provided corporate development services to Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI) in February 2007. After developing a team and securing financing, Riverside Resources was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in August 2007. During his tenure Mr. Smith and the team at Riverside Resources Inc. successfully raised financing from numerous key strategic shareholders
Eric Saderholm
President & Director
Mr. Saderholm has over 25 years of experience in the minerals industry with leadership in exploration, project development, property management and mining. He has been integral to geologic teams that added over 18 million ounces of gold to reserve bases in Nevada, Washington and Peru. Mr. Saderholm was Vice President, Project Development at US Gold from August 2006 until early 2008. Prior to that position, he was at Newmont Mining Corp for 12 years where his final position was Carlin Trend Exploration Manager, Regional Geologist. At Newmont, he also held the positions of Chief Geologist at the Phoenix Mine, Lone Tree Complex and Mule Canyon Mine, all located in Nevada as well as Project Manager, Grupo Carachugo, Peru. In January of 2008 he co-founded Sirius Exploration, LLC and has been developing exploration projects throughout Nevada.
Curt Everson
Exploration Manager & Director
Mr. Everson has over thirty years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and is responsible for the discovery of two gold deposits in the State of Montana with a combined gold resource of over 3 million ounces. He has developed, coordinated and implemented successful exploration programs in the Mid-continent, Western United States and Peru which resulted in the discovery of 13 million ounces of gold in Nevada alone. Recently Mr. Everson was Vice President of Exploration for US Gold from 2007 to early 2008. Previously Mr. Everson was Co-founder and President of Nevada Pacific Gold (U.S.) from 1997 to 2007 when it was acquired by US Gold Corporation. Mr. Everson earlier worked at both Santa Fe Pacific Gold and Gold Fields Mining Corporation. In January of 2008 he co-founded Sirius Exploration, LLC and has been developing exploration projects throughout Nevada.
Ken Bales
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bales has 15 years of financial reporting experience in mining and information technology industries. He currently serves as CFO for several public junior exploration companies with operations in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Mr. Bales holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting.
Simon Ridgway
Special Advisor
Mr. Simon Ridgway, President of Radius Gold, is an internationally known mining financier with over 15 years' experience managing publicly-traded mineral exploration companies in North, Central and South America. Simon is also the Chairman of Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. and CEO and Chairman of Focus Ventures Ltd. Since January of 2006, he has been instrumental in raising over $300-million to fund the exploration and development programs for his group of companies, The Gold Group. Simon is known for his early days with Mar-West Resources where he and his team successfully found and sold close to 4 million ounces of gold. Simon is also a member of the Casey Research Explorers League.
